You can report problems, ask questions and give comments via e-mail to support@xetrion.com. If you report a problem please include the following information:
- Which Xetrion product is affected?
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
- What version and patch level of Xetrion products are you using? Please use the button "About …" in the administration view of your Xetrion product to get all version and patch level information. (Older versions of Xetrion Lock Manager contain the version information in the Lock Manager Setup dialog)
- What version of Lotus Notes, Lotus Domino server and Microsoft Internet Explorer are you running?
- If any error message was displayed, please include the full text.
